Selwyn College Ladies Netball

We are a friendly netball club who meet once a week for matches against other college teams in our inter-collegiate league! Regardless of our previous successes last year (we topped division 1!), we welcome any and all abilities even if you have never played before as we are eager to grow our club and reach new members. Matches alternate between home (at the courts we share with Queens and Kings at Barton Road) and away games but we always meet at the porters lodge and cycle to the courts together so don't worry if you don't know the way!

There is no membership fee or equipment required so you just turn up whenever you can make it, play some netball and then join us for a legendary post-match brunch - an excellent way to start off your weekend. Since we don't train, netball is a great, regular but low commitment college sport which you can dabble in and out of whenever suits you (although it is great to reach the 7 we need for matches each week!). This means we can easily fit around any other sports or commitments you have and can even reschedule matches as needed!

Lads! Do not fret! Your netball dreams have not been crushed yet! We also have a mixed team who play in the mixed league every Sunday so we hope to see you there. Many of our ladies players also play in the mixed league so if you want that extra boost of netball a week then I'd encourage getting involved in both aspects of the club if you can!
